Number 8

So, the Engagement Party planning is in full swing and we have finally gotten the menu set in stone. Now, I thought about making the food for the party, which I would love to do, but with a guest list of about 70 people that whole having a full time job thing is getting in the way. Anyway, this is for an evening party that will be semi-formal. I can't wait, it should be delicious!

* Black & white sesame seared tuna served with wonton chips and wasabi crème fraiche.

* Twice baked roasted new potatoes.

* Grilled brie topped with brown sugar and almonds and served with toast rounds and berries.

* Crab & artichoke fondue served with tortilla chips.

* Mezze platter of chickpea hummus, vegetable tabouli, marinated tomatoes and feta cheese with crackle bread.

* Platter of…Asian marinated pork tenderloin with apple garlic chutney and Roasted sliced beef tenderloin with creamy horseradish sauce. Served with silver dollar rolls.
