I am constantly in the midst of redecorating my house. I just can't ever seem to be completely satisfied with my throw pillows or curtains or wall art and when a new season or mood comes around it seems like the perfect excuse to try something new. Admittedly though, wall art is one of my weakest links. I do think, when the bank balance allows, that it is always easier to re-do all the art in one room at the same time to create consistency.
Some of my favorite places for reasonably priced wall art include Target, Z Gallerie, and Art.com. Target and Z Gallerie carry a reasonable amount of art in their stores, but online they have a plethora of options and allow you to sort by the style or type of art you are looking for. I am a big fan of black and white photography so I often tend to lean towards that look and think using photos you have taken on trips and with friends is a great and inexpensive way to decorate as well as share those memories. But, I have had a request for some other ideas and am happy to oblige. I know Tara has a tendancy toward eastern art as well as a more modern looks, so I have included a lot of things bordering on those themes as well as her and Deborah's recent trip to Paris. I am also still currently searching for the perfect decorations for my guest bedroom with a beach theme so those are in there too. Hopefully I found something for everyone!
