What a fun wedding this was! As it was such a gorgeous wedding, and as it marked my official retirement from bridesmaid duties, I figured I would share.
The festivities started off at the New World Inn in Pensacola. The hotel had a great courtyard which turned into a wedding party (and guest) hang out each night. It was the perfect chance for everyone to get to know each other or catch up. Plus the martinis were spectacular.
The Wedding was held at Old Christ Church which sits on a large square. Just across the square from the Church was The Lee House which overlooks the bay. Now I am not one to be inclined to stay in a Bed and Breakfast, truth be told, I hate them. But, I have been proven wrong by The Lee House. Everything that I dislike about B&Bs, The Lee House gets right. It is a spectacular facitility, the perfect size to house the wedding party, and the courtyard transformed into a magical reception site. I cannot say enough about The Lee House. Each of the rooms were decorated with their own theme and every one of them had an amazing bathroom. The space was modern, but comfortable and the owners were extremely pleasant and helpful!
Special touches for the reception included white lights strung over the dance floor, the wedding cake made by the Bride's brother, and vintage postcards of Pensacola as the wedding favor.
It truly was a wedding where every guest felt welcome and special and had a great time.
Congratulations!

You've captured all the magical moments of this weekend! The Lee House, situated across the square from the Old Christ Church is truly a romantic pairing for wedding & reception - you could not ask for a more perfect location! And Norma Murray, owner of The Lee House, is an amazing hostess, and cook! Yum! Her attention to every detail is divine! Great write-up Particularly Blair!
