Seeing as it was in the high 80s today, the weather was not conducive to chili! But, next weekend is the Jacksonville Bar Association Young Lawyers Section Chili Cook Off to benefit the Sanctuary on 8th.!
So, I dusted off a Chicken and White Bean Chili recipe from Epicurious and got to work! It actually turned out pretty dang good.
